About Us

Stoke Housing are a local company that specialises in the purchase, sale and renovation of residential property across Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire & Crewe.

We pride ourselves on being friendly, approachable and straightforward. We're not based in a call centre and we don't rely on computers to value your property.

We believe that personal service, experience and local expertise provides a better foundation for business. It means we treat our clients fairly when dealing with your most valuable asset - your home

As a company we do more than simply buy property.  We aim to support redevelopment and regeneration across the region. Our local knowledge is available to anyone looking to to invest here.

We've also assembled a high quality team of experienced builders and craftsmen to undertake construction work when needed.

Stoke Housing Limited was incorporated in 2006. The business was founded by Alun Humphreys after graduating from Harper Adams University in 2004 with an honours degree in Property and Land Management (REALM). An integral part of the course, which is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors,  is property valuation.

Since 1999 Alun has been actively buying, selling and developing housing in and around the Potteries & Cheshire .
